Using Integration as a Service (IaaS) with a Managed Services Provider (MSP) offers compounding benefits to organisations.

Integration as a Service (IaaS) is a cloud-based delivery model that strives to connect on-premise data with data located in cloud-based applications. This paradigm facilitates real-time exchange of data and programs among enterprise-wide systems and trading partners. Our in house tool 'Stratiam' is a great example of an IaaS application.

Integration as a Service (IaaS) is a cloud-based integration solution that enables businesses to connect disparate applications and systems, without having to manage the infrastructure or technology stack required for integration.

With IaaS, the integration platform is hosted and managed by a third-party provider, freeing businesses from the burden of managing and maintaining their own integration infrastructure. The provider typically offers pre-built connectors to popular applications and systems, as well as customisable workflows and data mapping tools that enable businesses to easily connect their systems and automate their processes.

Using an Integration as a Service (IaaS) provider and a Managed Services Provider (MSP) together can offer several combined benefits to organisations.

  1. Expertise and resources: IaaS providers have deep technical expertise and can provide access to pre-built connectors and data mapping tools that simplify the integration process. MSPs, on the other hand, have expertise in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including integrations. By combining these two services, organisations can benefit from the expertise of both providers to design, deploy, and maintain their integrations efficiently.
  2. Scalability and flexibility: IaaS and MSP solutions are both scalable and flexible, which means organisations can easily adjust their integration and IT service levels as their business requirements change. This ensures that integrations are always up-to-date and meeting the evolving needs of the organisation.
  3. Cost-effectiveness: Both IaaS and MSP solutions offer a cost-effective way to implement integration and IT services. Organisations can avoid investing in expensive infrastructure or hiring a team of integration and IT specialists, and instead pay for the services they need on a subscription or pay-per-use basis.
  4. Improved efficiency and productivity: By leveraging IaaS and MSP solutions together, organisations can improve their operational efficiency and productivity, as they can focus on their core business activities and let the providers manage their IT operations and integrations.
  5. Enhanced security and compliance: IaaS and MSP providers both have dedicated resources and tools to monitor and manage security and compliance risks. By using both services together, organisations can ensure that their integrations and IT operations are secure and compliant with industry standards and regulations.

In summary, using an Integration as a Service provider and a Managed Services Provider together can provide organisations with a powerful combination of technical expertise, scalability, flexibility, cost-effectiveness, improved efficiency and productivity, and enhanced security and compliance.
